Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VPNMove handles data across its website, user panel and subscription services. Account management and billing details are used to provide the service, not to record users' network activity. Please also read the Terms of Service before using the service.
Account Information and Its Use
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Since an email address is not required, no mandatory registration email profile is created. Account data includes the username, password verification data, account status and subscription benefits, and is used for authentication, login and service management.
When a support ticket is submitted, VPNMove processes the issue description and attachments provided by the user to investigate the issue and respond to the request. Do not submit passwords, payment keys or complete subscription links. Please redact personal information unrelated to the issue from screenshots.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNMove follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, destination domains or DNS query history, nor does it create connection-log records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
Connection state is processed temporarily while network requests are being forwarded. Once a connection ends, it is not persisted as a browsing record. Cumulative traffic, remaining traffic and subscription status used for billing are account usage data and do not include browsing content. Troubleshooting is based on service operating status and does not rely on retaining users' browsing histories.
Orders and Third-Party Payments
Order information includes the selected plan, amount due, payment status and transaction references. It is used to activate benefits, verify payments, process refunds and resolve order disputes. The service offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for eligibility and how to apply.
Payments by Alipay / WeChat / USDT are handled by the respective third-party channels. VPNMove receives the transaction result needed to verify an order. Each third party's own privacy rules apply to the data it collects. Check the payment channel and amount before submitting information on a payment page. For a refund, provide only the information needed to verify that transaction.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral channels and button usage so we can identify page errors and improve workflows. These analytics relate to the marketing website and panel interactions; they are not used to track external websites visited through international routes and should not include passwords, payment credentials or subscription keys.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and save language preferences and necessary interface state. Login credentials stored in a browser should be treated as sensitive information. Users can restrict or clear storage in their browser settings. After clearing it, they may need to log in again, and some preferences may return to their defaults. When using the panel on a shared device, log out and clear the related session.
Retention, Access and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are kept only for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. Website analytics are retained for their analytical purpose, then deleted or de-identified. Data is not kept indefinitely without a purpose.
Users can review their account and orders in the panel and submit correction, access or deletion requests through the support ticket portal. We may need to verify control of the account before processing a request. If some transaction records must be retained by law, we will explain the scope and reason. Deleting an account does not replace a refund request. Related data in backups is removed as backups are rotated and is no longer used for routine service operations.
Data Protection and Policy Updates
VPNMove restricts access to information according to responsibilities and processes only the data needed to provide the service, verify payments or meet applicable legal obligations. When information is shared with service partners, it is limited to what is necessary for the relevant task. User personal information is not sold.
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes or data scope will be announced on the site or through the user panel. If a new purpose requires separate consent, it will be explained before being introduced. Questions about this policy can be submitted through a user panel support ticket.
